Charges for private investigation services vary upon the type of investigation and the degree of expertise or difficulty involved.

Prior to the beginning of each investigation, with the exception of long term client contracts or special arrangements, a retainer fee is required up front. Payment can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card. Any unused portion of the retainer will be refunded back to the client. Any field investigation which exceeds the initial client authorized retainer will require additional funds prior to completion of case. Allowing an adequate retainer amount will keep the investigation continuing without delay. We will not exceed the amount you have authorized us to investigate your case without your written consent. All court records and databases searches, are a separate charge and not included in field investigation’s rates.

When you decide to enlist the services of MATRIMONIAL DETECTIVES (R), we can provide you with a written agreement, which binds MATRIMONIAL DETECTIVES (R) to your budgetary requirements. And it cannot exceed this budget without your consent.

It is normal practice to obtain a retainer of 50% of the agreed budget, the balance being payable upon completion of the job and the preparation of a detailed report of our investigation findings. You should never pay the full amount until you are satisfied the investigation has been carried out in compliance with your instructions, budget and contract.

Matrimonial Detectives (Regd.) does not guarantee a predetermined result. Too many unknown factors exist within an investigation. However, we do guarantee to conduct the investigation in a professional and competent manner.
Be cautious of an investigator who advertises 'RESULTS GUARANTEED'.
It means exactly what it says. A result can be negative or positive.
It doesn't mean PROOF GUARANTEED.
